Cornerstone Youth Scholarship Program: Nepal

Offering hope through education

We are so pleased to announce the new Cornerstone Youth Scholarship Program initiated in Meghauli Nepal. Started in the Shree Janaki Secondary School Meghauli, the scholarship program will offer scholarships to 11th and 12th grade students. In Nepal, students are required to pay for their 11th and 12th year of education. However, in many areas of Nepal, the school fees prove to be unobtainable for the student's families to afford. Therefore, many brilliant students are unable to graduate from school. The Cornerstone Youth Scholarship Program will provide youth who have proven to be intelligent, diligent, and hard working the opportunity to continue their education by paying for all their school fees. 

The youth of Nepal have proven to be excellent students. Excelling in education, Nepali youth have amazing potential, if provided the opportunities they deserve. It is our goal to offer additional scholarship programs to more schools in poor districts of Nepal. It is also our goal to be able to coordinate university scholarships for the Nepali graduates both in Nepal and in the USA. We strive to offer the brilliant youth of Nepal all the educational opportunities they deserve, so that they can improve their future.
